The old “Pumpwerk”

The neo-gothic brick building was designed by the city architect Richard Perrey and was built in 1903. When at the end of the eighties a new sewage plant was set up, the preservation of this listed building started and careful conversion into a home and studio was carried out from the year 2001 onwards.
